Production is a process that consists of several steps and each step is interconnected. If each of the steps is well planned and executed, a smooth production can be achieved.

These steps are as follows;

Sampling and Planning

Sampling is where the product is born and developed. In this department, the materials and accessories required for the product are determined. Samples are prepared so that the customer can see the product and get its approval. In this way, it is ensured that the customer can see the fabric and accessories used for the product, as well as the product dimensions in different sizes. By preparing the samples, the cost is calculated to produce the product in the most efficient way. This step is sensitive and important for the product cost. because excess materials, accessories and processes increase the cost of the product.

Cutting

It consists of 3 stages: spreading , pattern desing and cutting.
Spreading is the process of superimposing plies of fabric on a horizontal table in a manner, which permits these plies to be cut simultaneously into product components acceptable for assembly. The spreading is done either manually or automatically by the spreading machine.
Pattern desing; A sophisticated computer-aided system is use for pattern desing and editing.
Cutting; Electrically powered straight knife cutting machines are used for manual cutting. The machine is moved through the lay following the pattern lines of the marker and there ciprocating blade cut the pieces of the fabric progressively. Notches are also added.

Printing and Embroidery

Predetermined or designed print and embroidery details are scanned and transferred to digital media. Printing and embroidery patterns are prepared for production. Before starting production, sample work is done and the quality of printing and embroidery is checked.If the quality is at the desired standards, production begins.

Sewing

This stage is the process of putting the cut parts together using sewing machines.Sewing is one of the most important stages of production.It’s almost entirely handcrafted and high probability of making mistakes.Low quality thread used for sewing reduces the strength of the product.It is a process that must be carried out in a controlled and careful manner.

Finishing

It is the last stage of production. At this stage, the quality control of the products is made. The products that do not meet the required standards for the customer are separated and the necessary actions are taken. The products that pass the quality control are ironed and packaged after the product cards are inserted.
